Ayan Kumar Sharma
Full-stack engineer who builds things that deal with real consequences — packet analyzers in Rust, end-to-end encrypted storage, high-throughput event infrastructure. Security isn't a feature I bolt on; it's usually the whole point.
I build software where getting it wrong has consequences.
Most of my work lives at the intersection of systems and security — packet analyzers, encrypted storage, event infrastructure that needs to stay up. I got into security not because it was trendy, but because I kept running into production code where nobody had thought through what happens when it breaks.
The thing that separates my work: I write the attack before I write the defense. Whether that's fuzzing my own APIs, threat-modeling an auth flow, or writing Rust specifically to avoid a class of bugs entirely — I want to know what breaks it before someone else does.
